It was discussed to have someone from City Council, the Mayor, City Clerk to explain the financial crisis in regards to the theatre.
Scene Shop update – hoping to break ground the week of April 21st. A groundbreaking picture is scheduled for 4/22 at 4:30 PM.
Alliant may need to move pole. Working on lift dimensions/specs. Dave discussed cost savings on his end. There will be regular construction meetings.
Next Meeting Date is May 12th, 2025, at 7 PM
CCT – Joe Wacha discussed another fundraising idea. CCT is planning on donating all of the summer musical proceeds. Dave Gosch mentioned that auditions are in two weeks (April 28 & 29). Talked about doing a round up fundraiser at Caseys, Ace, Fareway, etc.
