PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ABOVE MENTIONED
GOVERNMENTAL BODY WILL MEET AT THE DATE, TIME AND PLACE SET OUT ABOVE. THE TENTATIVE AGENDA FOR SAID MEETING IS AS FOLLOWS:

MINUTES
Mayor Pro-Tem Bouska called the Cresco City Council special meeting to order on August 12, 2025 at 4:00 pm at Kessel Lodge. Council Members Carman, Bouska, Fosaaen, and McConnell were present. Council Member Kriener arrived at 4:03 pm. No Council Members were absent.
Michelle Barness from Upper Explorerland explained the meeting was for the goal setting process for the updated Comprehensive Plan. Members of the public attended and gave their input into the future and goals they would like to see achieved over the next 10 – 15 years. No action was taken during the work session.
McConnell left the meeting at 4:24 pm, followed by Carman at 4:25 pm. Fosaaen and Kriener left the meeting at 4:31 pm and Bouska at 5:15 pm.
