The June agenda, May minutes, and financials were reviewed.  Gayle Kelm made the motion to approve, seconded by Kari Waterbeck, and unanimously approved by the Commission.

Wendy Lickteig presented the manager’s report.   Wendy reported that Steve Lickteig and Kelly Bartling would like to renew their terms on the Commission.   The Joseph Hall show went really well.  The next movie will be “Mission Impossible.”  The new hires are working out well.  Wendy asked the Commission about pricing for upcoming live shows.  The Commission determined the price would be $25.  People are already calling about tickets.  Candy prices will go to $3 after the musical.  Wendy will be completing performance reviews soon.

Old Business:

  1. Friends of Theatre-Will  be utilized again for live shows.
  2. Scene Shop Progress/ Fundraising-The sewer has been dug in. We are awaiting the moving of poles before more work is done.  Kiss the Pig fundraiser is going well with $903 raised so far.  Cans for extra change will be prepped and placed in businesses for another fundraiser.
