The City of Cresco Capital Improvements Plan is a "tool" for the scheduling, planning, and financing of large construction projects and major pieces of equipment. It is a "blueprint" for the future infrastructure improvements in the City. It is a written document that links together the City's comprehensive plan with the City's annual budget. It provides the mayor, city council, city staff and the citizens with a listing of capital projects that the City will need to complete over the next four to five years.2022-2027
