NOTICE OF REQUEST TO VACATE
A request has been made by the Howard Winneshiek Community School District to vacate Schroeder Drive A/K/A Rainbow Avenue located in American Legion addition to Cresco, Howard County, Iowa, and those portions of 9th Street East, 10th Street East, 11th Street East, and 3rd Avenue East located in American Legion addition to Cresco, Howard County, Iowa.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday November 25, 2025, at 5 P.M. in City Hall, at which time you may submit your views on the matter in person, by writing or by representative.
You are further notified that any persons not objecting in writing or at said hearing shall be deemed to have consented to the granting of the request for zoning change by the Board of Adjustment.
