Everyone will receive a water bill this month with a yellow sheet with information regarding the online portal and bill pay.
You may now create an account online to view your monthly statements, sign up for paperless billing and pay your account using a bank account or a debit/credit card.
Your bill will say “Paid by bank” if your account is set up for auto pay.

3. Enter your email address, create a password (enter it twice), cell phone number is optional, and click Register.
4. ***IMPORTANT***Click the link in your email to verify the email address.
5. Login in. Click
6.Enter your customer number (this can be found on your customer bill, do not enter dashes or periods) and the last name on your account (it
must be spelled as it appears on your bill) and then click Submit.
** Please note that there is a fee to pay thru the customer portal. If you would like to set your account up for autopay without the additional fee please contact City Hall at (563)547-3101.
