Biddy Flag Football League (CO-ED)

Program Description

This simplified take on flag football is a great way to introduce the game of football to youth. With an emphasis on basic fundamentals and elements of the game, participants will engage in a three day Mini-Camp, be automatically entered into our Punt, Pass, & Kick Competition, and be rostered for our regular/post season games (including a Championship). Games will mimic our older division of flag football, but with a smaller field and simplified rules. Score of games will be kept, however it will be a “stop & teach” atmosphere. Team jerseys are included with registration and will be handed out/able to be picked up from the Cresco Fitness Center.

Program Schedule

Mini-Camp: Tuesday – Wednesday, August 11-12

*Grades 1-2: 11:00-11:45am

Punt, Pass, & Kick Competition: Thursday, August 13

*Grades 1-2: 11:00-11:45am   

Regular/Post Season Games: Saturdays 9am & 10am (exact team times TBD), Aug. 29 – Oct. 10

The final game schedule is yet to be determined, but will be posted by the end of August.  The number of teams and this schedule is dependent on the number of players we have register as well as volunteers to help coach.  Please register ASAP.

Post Season/Playoff Games: Games will consist of two 15-minute halves (all other rules still apply). Only rostered players from each team are allowed to play during their team’s game time (no outside subs from other teams.)
