Pre-Season – Saturdays & Mondays

All Dates will have 3 half hour sessions focusing on age groups

 

Season Stroke Clinic – 30 or 45 minute practices

 

Regular Season – 30 or 45 minute practices

 

Meet Schedule

All dual meets start @ 5:00 p.m. Warm-ups begin ½ hour before.
